I’m a strategic, results-driven marketing leader with over a decade of experience building and scaling high-performing go-to-market functions in B2B SaaS, GovTech, and manufacturing.

Greenhaus draws inspiration from the humble greenhouse—a time-honored tool for nurturing and kickstarting growth.

Through Greenhaus I partner with organizations to design and implement sustainable growth systems through strategic advisory services, technology implementation, and GTM execution.

I'm currently for hire for full-time, fractional, or contract engagements.

My Journey So Far

I’ve always been a builder. Growing up with entrepreneur parents, I witnessed firsthand the rollercoaster of growing a business—the wins, the losses, and all the gritty details in between. It gifted me a wealth of experience and a passion for big challenges.

I've been lucky to channel this passion and my curiousity into a career. I've had the incredible opportunity to work in many roles, across industries and functions, with some of the smartest and thoughtful people in the game.

 

2021-2024: mySidewalk

After our CRO’s departure, I took on an expanded role to lead a cross-functional team of marketers, sellers, and account managers through a shift from "growth at all costs" to profitable, efficient growth. Despite challenging market conditions we maintained bookings growth, improved sales velocity, and nearly doubled ROI on growth capital.

2019-2021: mySidewalk

Missing the pace of SaaS, I joined mySidewalk in 2019 to build their marketing function. Together, we established an engaging brand, implemented a modern tech stack, and built a skilled team of product, content, and growth marketers. Despite global disruptions, we still drove 7x growth in organic traffic and increased marketing's pipeline contribution from 0 to 50%.

2015-2019: CONEQTEC-UNIVERSAL, BURLINGTON INSTALLATION

After the success of our product development work, I had the opportunity to lead operations for the entire Coneqtec portfolio. Here I learned there's more than one way to grow, focusing heavily on implementing modern technologies for purchasing, inventory management, and production operations that improved overall efficiency.

Simultaneously, I lead our efforts to expand globally, overseeing an 800% increase in total sales from exports and earning honors at the 2018 Mid-America Trade Summit.

2012-2015: CONEQTEC

At CivicPlus, I was introduced to modern, agile product development practices and began to wonder: what if we applied software PM principles to manufacturing? This question led me to build a product management practice at Coneqtec (“Construction Equipment Technologies”), where I adapted market research, feasibility practices, and product marketing systems to build a product-led growth engine. product development into a growth engine, launching 5 new products driving double-digit year-over-year growth.

 

2010-2012: CIVICPLUS

Fresh out of college, I joined CivicPlus to lead marketing strategy. I launched new products, developed prospecting and targeting strategies, ran multi-channel campaigns, and built the company’s first marketing and RevOps engine.

2006 - 2008: INFOITION

During the early SaaS boom I worked with Infoition (acquired by IgniteTech), managing a team of analysts crafting syndicated news products for political offices and Fortune 500 companies.

Growth doesn't happen by accident.

We can't control every variable, but we can always give ourselves our best shot. Real, sustained growth is the result of thoughtful planning, diligent effort, and more than a little bit of luck.

When I'm not online, I'm probably outside.

I’m an avid runner (I know 😁), cyclist, footballer, outdoorsman, and lover of all things nature.

My partner Sisilia and I live in a mid-century project in a little enclave inside Wichita, Kansas with our two dogs, Woody and Gordo.
